We produce economical and efficient solutions for building insulation with our PP Spunbond fabrics, which feature superior UV resistance and high strength, developed specifically for the needs of the construction industry.
Nonwoven textiles offer key advantages over traditional building materials, such as their lightweight structure, superior breathability, and moisture management. In roof, facade, and floor systems, they act as a protective barrier against wind and dust while allowing water vapor to escape. Our advanced UV-stabilized formulations ensure that the fabric maintains its mechanical integrity and performance for a long time, both during the application phase and under outdoor weather conditions.
Our lightweight, resistant, and functional nonwoven fabrics combine cost management with high performance in building insulation projects in perfect balance.
Nonwoven fabrics preferred in insulation processes are fundamental building blocks that optimize the energy efficiency of buildings. In roof insulation, they stop water leaks while maintaining the moisture balance indoors. In siding and exterior facade applications, they act as a wind barrier to minimize heat loss. In floor and under-tile applications, they eliminate surface defects and support sound insulation. Our modern production lines with 240 cm and 320 cm widths provide seamless application convenience without joints in large areas.
Areas of Use
Siding and under-roof membrane, under-siding barrier, under-slab lining, under-ceiling coating, under-tile lining, under-tile lining, heat and sound insulation backing layer.
Technical Specifications
Width: 240-320 cm | Weight: 20-150 gsm | UV stabilized PP Spunbond | Calender patterns: Sesame (320 cm), Diamond (240 cm) | Max roll diameter: 105 cm | Coil diameter: 76-152 mm
Nonwovens allow the passage of water vapor, preventing moisture accumulation and mold and mildew under the roof. They also act as a wind and dust barrier, protecting the performance of the insulation material. Thanks to their lightweight structure, they do not impose additional load on the roof construction.
Our UV stabilized Spunbond fabrics are manufactured to maintain their mechanical properties during the installation process and short-term outdoor exposure (usually 3-6 months). For permanent exterior applications, it is recommended to install the final coating material on the fabric in a reasonable time.
While the 40-80 gsm range is generally preferred for underfloor applications, 60-100 gsm weights are ideal for under-tile primers. For under-ceiling coatings and under-siding barriers, the 30-70 gsm range is widely used.
