Micro Nonwoven

PP Spunbond SS

Premium SS PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric

We produce 100% PP Spunbond SS (Spunbond-Spunbond) fabric in compliance with EDANA standards on our high-tech production lines with 320 cm and 240 cm widths. We are a reliable business partner in the global market with our annual capacity of 12,000 tons.

Our fabrics, produced by combining continuous PP filaments with thermal calendering, are preferred in a wide range of areas from medical to hygiene, and from agriculture to the furniture sector, thanks to their homogeneous and isotropic structure. We develop solutions specific to industrial needs with the production flexibility we offer in the 9–150 gsm range. In addition to our advanced application options such as hydrophilic, UV, FR, antistatic, and antibacterial, we offer more than 50 color alternatives.

Technical Details

We provide high-performance and flexible production capacity with wide weight and width options on two different lines.

SS-structured PP Spunbond fabrics constitute the most preferred product group in the nonwoven market. The SS structure, obtained by combining two separate Spunbond layers, offers superior strength, more balanced weight distribution, and higher opacity performance compared to single-layer products.

The sesame and diamond pattern rollers used in our thermal calendar bonding process add aesthetic and functional value to our fabrics. The choice of pattern determines the product's softness, air permeability, and mechanical durability; the most accurate pattern is selected according to your project's specific requirements by our technical experts.

We produce value-added solutions with our wide range of applications: hydrophilic treatment optimizes liquid transfer (hygiene), UV stabilization maximizes outdoor durability (agriculture and insulation), FR treatment delays combustion (medical and filtration), while antistatic and antibacterial additives meet critical hygiene standards.

Areas of Use

Hygiene products (baby and adult diapers), medical textiles (gowns, masks, shoe covers, bouffant caps), construction and insulation, automotive, industrial cleaning, agriculture (mulching, windbreaks, shade cloths), furniture, mattresses and spring pockets, disposable textiles, garment linings, and promotional bags.

Technical Applications and Quality Certificates

Frequently Asked Questions

01. What does SS construction mean and how does it differ from single layer Spunbond?

SS (Spunbond-Spunbond) is a double layer structure formed by combining two Spunbond layers in a thermal calender process. It offers higher tensile and tear strength, more homogeneous weight distribution and better hiding power compared to single layer S. SS structure is preferred especially in sectors with high quality requirements such as hygiene, medical and furniture.

The minimum order quantity varies according to the product specification (weight, width, color, application). We offer fast delivery from stock for products in standard colors and weights. For orders with special colors and applications, delivery time is determined depending on production planning. You can contact our sales team for detailed information.
