Offered with 240 cm and 320 cm width options, our UV stabilized PP Spunbond fabrics produce high-performance solutions in critical processes such as increasing efficiency in agricultural production, frost and dew protection, weed control, and pest isolation.
Nonwoven textiles are versatile protective equipment that optimizes plant health in greenhouse and open-field agriculture. By creating a microclimate that maintains the ideal heat and moisture balance in land applications, they accelerate plant development and maximize crop quality and yield. Their lightweight and breathable texture acts as a durable shield against harsh meteorological conditions while providing the necessary light permeability.
Our nonwoven cover systems support sustainable agriculture by minimizing the need for chemical inputs and optimizing operational costs.
Our agricultural nonwoven fabrics protect plants against intense sunlight and wind while maintaining optimum light permeability in greenhouse cultivation. During frost and dew periods, they keep the soil temperature 2–5°C warmer, providing an early harvest advantage. When used as a weed mat, they create a physical barrier on the soil surface, stopping unwanted weed growth and minimizing the need for herbicide use. In fruit and seedling bags, their breathable structure strengthens root development and allows for the drainage of excess moisture. Our UV stabilized formulation guarantees that the fabric maintains its mechanical durability throughout the entire season under outdoor conditions.
Areas of Use
Frost and frost cover, sun protection cover, pest barrier, weed barrier (mulching), fruit bag, seedling and sapling bag, greenhouse and tunnel cover, wind barrier.

Nonwoven covers create a controlled microclimate between the soil and the plant. It increases the soil temperature by trapping the sun's heat during the day and reduces the risk of frost by slowing down heat loss at night. In this way, plants develop earlier compared to the normal season and the harvest time is brought forward.
Black colored Spunbond fabrics in the range of 40-70 gsm are generally preferred for weed blocking (mulching) applications. Black color prevents photosynthesis of weeds by completely blocking light transmission. Lighter weights provide sufficient performance for short-term seasonal use.
Our UV stabilized fabrics usually maintain their performance for 1-3 seasons, depending on the conditions of use and weight. Low weight covers (15-30 gsm) are suitable for single season use, while high weight and thicker fabrics (50-100 gsm) can last more than one season.
